Unlike the lovely Namid who meddles, Sunshine takes a less invasive approach to guiding the clan. She sits back and lets them come to her, and many do, because she's compassionate and charitable and kind. She understands them and seeks only to guide and advise, instead of judge or demand. She's always clear cut and explicit in her instructions but she's never cruel or exacting. She never asks for more than she's offered and she's never done a deliberately terrible thing in her life.

UNSTABLE | ABSENT MINDED | HESITANT
Because she hears the voices of the gods, Sunshine is often distracted. She takes part in the clan with only half of her attention, because she's mentally in two places at once. This never diminishes her love or loyalty for the Asyli, but makes her erratic and ambiguous. With half her life spent in the heavens with the Gods, she's often inattentive and frequently contradicts herself because she's getting so much information and advice from above. Often, this influx of possible outcomes and influence from the Gods makes her uncertain. It forces her to wait, sometimes a little too long, because she's interpreting different things, or maybe, the Windsinger isn't running on her schedule that day at all.

 HISTORY:
Born among a clan in the Sunbeam Ruins, it was immediately apparent that Sunshine had been blessed by the Gods. She could hear their voices, all of them, voices not meant for the mortals, as they spoke amongst themselves in the heavens. Each voice grates of her ears, pierces her skull, scratches at the very skin of her mind, and often, she was forced into unconsciousness. In the very center of her pearl, there are many memories of pain and terror as she struggled to understand what was happening to her.

Until, one day, one voice spoke to her quietly, gently. It was deep and warm and comforting and it soothed her. More importantly, it eased the pain of the other voices, softening them until they were mindless whispers and it was the loudest of all. This voice told her of a small clan, just starting, that would need her, need a connection to the Windsinger, and that she would be the connection. It guided her across the Sea of a Thousand Currents, into the Windswept Plateau, and right into the entrance hall of the Asyli de Alienus Animae.


PRESENTLY:
Sunshine plays two very important roles in the clan. She's a mediator, a tie breaker on the Council. Because she speaks directly with the Gods, she can overrule or influence the other members, but more often than not, she is rarely needed. Her second, more time consuming, position is the historian of the clan. All the dragons of the Asyli visit her once a day, and tell her their stories, their days, their thoughts and hopes and dreams. Occasionally, she offers them advice or guidance, but usually, she just listens and spits their lives into her pearl, a chronicle of the Asyli.
