Pronouns: he/him
Bio: One of the few in the Seelie Court that serves the King more than the Queen, though he will of course take orders from both. And sometimes he isn't around to recieve their orders at all, as he is the very picture of capriciousness, flitting here and there playing pranks on mortal dragons. It's his favorite thing.

He's great with transformation magic, able to disguise himself as some sort of normal, everyday object but then behave in a strange way. He sometimes goes very far afield to find mortals that are fun to play with, since most of the dragons in Clan Mimsy are too used to weird things to be phased by much.

Puck delights in mortal love, even if he doesn't understand it, and sometimes fancies himself a sort of matchmaker among mortals. He'll only really interfere if Oberon commands it, but he might tweak things just a little to nudge them in the right direction. Or, what he thinks is the right direction. His lack of understanding leads to him not always making the best choices of where and when and how to 'help'. 		Softly Glowing Pendant
