Biography

Not strictly speaking a citizen, more of a drifter living around the outskirts of town, sometimes closer sometimes further. But for all their muted affect, they seem to have an agreement of some sorts with the Naysayer royalty. Carrion and their lamp of lost souls keep watch outside town and report happenings back to the guard, and in return...well, who knows. None like to speak of it. One merely referred to them as a cleaner, who takes care of the tyrant's refuse. In any case, it seems to be working for them, as they've remarkably avoided going hungry for a boneyard scavenger.
