All who visit know the ruler's splendor, see their immaculate halls and valuables on flagrant display. Yet those who voice distaste for the bans on hunting, the so-called unfair tithes of crops, and the labor gone unpaid go missing as fast as the words leave their mouths. Well fed and well-kept, a ruler's army is a thing of loyalty and hunger. They who sate it and hone it well shall keep claws immaculate and have spoken word become gospel.
