Dreux was caught harassing dragons near the Moonportal, who accused him of taking their jewelry and accessories. He was taken to the local jail to serve time for this theft, but managed to pickpocket the key from a jailor who wasn't paying enough attention. Although he didn't get to keep the goods that he'd taken, he also didn't end up serving any of his sentence. He fled the Sunbeam Ruins for a while until the heat on him cooled off. He chided himself for being careless. Next time he wouldn't be caught!

Dreux was attempting to break into the Prism Clan Vault when he met a Scroll Stealer, who called herself Pandora, trying to do the same. The two of them teamed up to break in but were ultimately foiled when a nearby guard heard the two giggling together. They were kicked out of the lair and told never to return. Maybe it's time to stay out of the Sunbeam Ruins for good this time, Dreux thought... Pandora agreed to accompany him on his future travels as long as they found more vaults to break into. Dreux promised that they would break into every single vault in Sornieth (and several public libraries as well) before they were done, and from that, a friendship was born.

Having made their way from the Sunbeam Ruins to the Windswept Plateau, Dreux and Pandora were spotted digging through the hoard of a clan near the Aer Gate. Their stolen goods before fleeing from the scene were reported as several stacks of food, as well as clawfuls of treasure and gems. Witnesses claim the clan would have willingly shared food with them, but stealing the money was "frankly rude."

Dreux and Pandora made there way to Scarred Wasteland, robbing one princely obelisk on the way. He didn't have much on him, but they'd probably killed him as he'd bashed his head in something bad, which was good as he could never do anything to 'um in the future. The town of Corrosionius was vast, a great place for villainy, at first he thought. Unfortunately for them, they saw a strange biological device that Pandora realized was recording them!

"Oh crap! We gotta get outa here! These pustules are more advanced than I thought. Er, no offense." Pandora called out.

"Hehe, none taken, I don't aligned myself with these softies. Like look at that loser!" Dreux pointed at a purple pearlcatcher. Before she could say anything, they had flown up into the blood-red sky.
