Biography
I am a Tundra Crosser!
These flocks (herds, schools, shivers?) of aberrations have managed to survive out in the barren icefields. Their brighter colored wings allow them to find each other easier in the blizzards, while also keeping them warm. Added to that is that there is some chloroplasts within these brighter pigments, making sunlight a reliable source of energy. Some of these have grown fangs, to which they are able to grow rapidly. Whichever came first, these fangs can be removed and used as anchors in the ice. it is vital for a group to have a party member have fangs and another with ghost. Reason for the ghost is that these types are able to weave a sturdy, pale covered string, much like spider silk. With these two combined, the entire herd is able to buckle down and cross even the most treacherous terrain.
Due to their evolution track, heat what we normally consider lukewarm can cause them to have heat related injuries. As such, they prefer the coldest parts of the lair.
~ Much like their name, they are very curious and sometimes thief-like
