Jansen is less of a living, breathing dragon and more of an amalgamation of stone, earth and the willpower of the plants that have taken root in the cracks of its scales. It is massive, even for an Imperial, and wanders the land, following the warmth of the sun. Aether discovered it not long after it began to wander, and became quickly attached and now resides upon Jensen's colossal back, nourishing it and protecting it from those who might seek to harm it or the plants that grow upon its hide.

It moves with offputting, lurching steps in an uncanny imitation of how real dragons move. It means no harm, but doesn't have a good sense for when there are others nearby or where it is, often traipsing right through the middle of towns and encampments. It avoids places that don't have a high concentration of fertile soil and plants. Birds can often be seen swooping around it, using its antlers as perches or nesting among the trees coiling out of its back. It leaves behind a trail of seeds and newly rooting plants behind it during its wanders.
