Erebus is a fun-loving, excitable dragon, who matches Breakfast in intensity. He loves meeting new people and is always seeking something new to get into. He's an optimist with a sunny outlook and a zest for life.
He can be childish at times and doesn't have much patience. He's not the smartest dragon around, but he's the life of the party, and spending time with him is sure to be plenty of fun. However, he can go too far sometimes, and he benefits from having someone more level-headed and realistic to help reign him in. He works as a warrior for the clan, though he has difficulty following orders and is rarely sent out on jobs by himself, as he's not the best at planning before rushing in. |

Erebus came to the clan from his native Ice clan in search of a more free-spirited lifestyle. The Ice clan lived by strict rules and Erebus found himself dissatisfied and bored with the lack of freedom or excitement. Convallaria Coterie has rules, certainly, but allows him enough freedom to go thrill-seeking when he gets the urge - the laid-back energies of the clan suit him much better than the meticulous, strict vibes of the Ice clan he left behind. It is no surprise, given his personality, that he hit it off with Breakfast immediately. Now the two live as mates, along with their third, Afternoon. Erebus is a warrior for the clan, just like Breakfast. He's better at running than he is at flying, and as long as he's on the ground he's surprisingly agile. His excitable nature, however, means he's not the most tactical-minded, and often has difficulties taking instructions from those who outrank him. He also refuses to kill - he'll fight to incapacitate, but won't take a life. He has trouble separating his fun loving, lighthearted nature from his serious job, and has gotten in trouble before for disobeying orders and going off on his own. When he's out on a job he's almost always paired up with a more serious, tactically-inclined dragon, to make up for what Erebus lacks. On his days off he's a common sight among the market, chatting with the traveling merchants and making friends with anyone who will give him the time of day. He plays music in his free time, and the years of playing instruments means his hands are surprisingly deft - a skill he uses in his job as a warrior. |
