I n the heart of the jungle, nestled amidst towering trees and winding vines, there lay a cave shrouded in mystery and shadow. Within its depths dwelled a dragon named umbra, her scales as dark as the night that enveloped her domain. She possessed a unique and alluring power—a shadow bound to her form. With eyes that held a captivating intensity, she wielded darkness with both grace and malevolence. Her shadows weaving through her being like an inseparable companion. This shadow granted her abilities beyond imagination, bending darkness to her will and cloaking her actions in a veil of mystery and allure. Weaving them into intricate patterns of both beauty and terror. Alongside her, stood her mate, Dominus, a dragon of noble lineage whose love for Umbra knew no bounds. He was enchanted by her captivating presence, drawn to her not only by her beauty but also by the fierce passion that burned within her From her lair, Umbra ruled with an alluring yet tempestuous demeanor, her fiery temper matched only by the intensity of her love for her mate, Dominus. He took care of her as best as he could as he loved her dearly, which eventually got to umbra ending up falling in love with dominus even if she didn't want to admit it. Umbra would sometimes get out of hand but dominus knew how to take care of her perfectly, he was her perfect match and they even sometimes(alot of times) get into mischief together. it keeps their bond strong

True Shadow has a unique biology- it is able to manipulate its scales, moving its characteristics along a spectrum of light absorption. It often uses this ability to absorb all of the light hitting its form, making itself nigh invisible in the dead of night. In combination with its malleable form, which allows it to flatten and stretch itself over any surface, it is able to form a near-perfect recreation of a shadow. Equipped with its vantablack essence and malleable form, it steals components for its owner; linen threads of gold and green, black cloths, and metal insignias of the Shadowbinder. It seeks its owner's approval at every turn, often falling just short of that goal, either due to its lacking intelligence or its owner's lofty aspirations. It has a habit of lingering in the shadow of its owner, occasionally chittering a jovial tune into their ear, or taking anything similar to the components it has been collecting back to its owner in its free time. its owner disapproves of this behaviour. In truth, True Shadow is the shadow of a dragon at the brink of death given life. Its owner tortured a spiral to death, and in its final breath, its shadow was bound to the land of Sorineth through the use of arcane tapestries. In an inversion of its living self's feelings towards its new owner, they fell into a deep love with its killer.
