Hell To Your Doorstep, Thomas Borchert
Wolf, sometimes referred to as the Big Bad Wolf, comes across as a gruff, angry person. In reality, he's quiet and somewhat shy, just has troubles with showing his emotion that lead others to believe his hiding on the outskirts of groups to be scowling. He is heartfelt, genuine, and sweet, capable of gaining the trust of even some of the most feral beasts. Most don't see it, as they're busy staring at sharp claws, thick muscle, deadly teeth, and dripping eyes.
He rules over the night, representing stormy nights that inspire huddling under blankets. He is strong enough to rattle the ground, yet he's gentle; he flies in near silence until given a reason to strike. When he has one, he hits like lightning, only to disappear once again into the dark afterwards.
Wolf is strong enough to lead a pack, but lacks strength when without a purpose. Angel's group, however, inspired action within him. He protects her group from outside threats in exchange for resources, and this gives his life more meaning than simply surviving. This brought his pack out from the alleyways and into nice homes, and for that he is eternally grateful.
Wolf rules over the night, howling songs to the stars as Angel rests, while Angel rules over the day, spreading light across the sky with eight wings as Wolf sleeps. They gently rouse the other at dawn and twilight, where they speak to each other gently and lay together until they must part ways and leave the other to sleep.
In this way, they fell in love.
Wolf and Angel had a child together, built from twilight and true love. This child was hidden away from the groups of both, knowing they didn't deserve the stress and wouldn't understand what both fought for. They were a precious thing, delicate and sweet, and they were treated as such.
No harm would befall their Kitten while the day and night watched over. Anyone who tried would have to get through two powerful forces first.

So he walked for a short time by the side of Little Red Riding Hood, and then he said: "See, Little Red Riding Hood, how pretty the flowers are about here - why do you not look round? I believe, too, that you do not hear how sweetly the little birds are singing; you walk gravely along as if you were going to school, while everything else out here in the wood is merry." -Little Red Riding Hood, Brothers Grimm |

Finally broke down, Houston please come in, there's someone that I need to talk to. Honey, how have you been? I miss you my dear, there's something that I have to say... -Rule #2: Moonlight, Fish In a Birdcage |

Sometimes when they are deep in dreams, I want to tell them, they are building true worlds in reality. Sometimes I want to tell them of their importance to the universe. Sometimes, when they have not made a true connection in a while, I want to help them to speak the word they fear. -End Poem, Julian Gough |
