An artist from the Scarred Wasteland. Vance's heads take turns controlling their body, as they both have very different tastes and styles when it comes to their art. Vance is their artist name, their actual names are Beau and Lionel. They couldn't come up with a good compromise on what their pseudonym should be and just took the first name off some passerby.

Beau wants to make art that is deep and has weight. He makes collages and photographs, often of elaborate scenes full of symbolism. His brother berates his work for being melodramatic and kitschy, but Beau is fairly successful and gets a lot more commissions than Lionel, to the latter's frustration.
Lionel is a sculptor who likes to experiment. His work is an exploration of the properties of the materials he uses. He doesn't design a sculpture with a concept in mind but sees where his process takes him and draws meaning from it during the process of creating. Beau never understands Lionel's work and finds it rather boring, as the sculptures his brother makes are abstract and quite plain and sober.

Beau is a dramatic, volatile sort who likes attention and has the charm to captivate his audience. Lionel would rather just sculpt all day and can't stand most of Beau's friends, and so often checks out when Beau is in charge. His lifestyle is a lot less healthy than Beau's, something the two often argue about as it affects their shared body.

Despite their differences the two have each other's back when they need to. To attack the one is to attack both of them. When they're both on one line they're quite effective in a fight and have no trouble coordinating their attacks.
