The mistress of the hall, Operetta Is the one that manages the guild's headquarters and oversees all of the household staff. Operetta takes no attitude from the rowdy bunch she plays den mother for, her sharp tongue and even sharper teeth guarantee respect, if not outright fear.

When the Frostwood Hunters' guild hall was first built then populated, an issue was quickly found. None of the individuals in the guild knew how to manage a guild hall like this, let alone the staff it would need. So, it was agreed by the heads that they would need to hire someone, and Operetta was that someone. A local, Operetta was familiar with the area and the guild itself, and was quick to apply when the guild sent out missives for a caretaker. She easily proved that she knew what she was doing, and that she wasn't a push over. The area around Hero's Rest, and the guild hall by extension, was inhospitable. And if you can't hold your own, the land would eat you alive, and it was this environment that tempered Operetta.

She took the guild by storm, fixing and cleaning everything, and making the hunters help her. Under her guidance, the hall was soon presentable. And for that, Beowulf left her in charge of the hall, leaving her to manage the day to day. Since then she's continued that job, scaring hardened bounty hunters into behaving, and running a tight ship. She takes great pride in her work, and is more than satisfied to keep working with the Frostwood Hunters.
