Moving to Churnscar Wharf had been, in Arctic’s mind, one of the best options she could’ve done. The people were lovely (although always soaked from swimming all the time), the air was fresh, and it was…warm. Comforting. Although her eyes and body indicated she was of Ice, her heart had yearned for the waters- and the life that may bring.

The land she came from, the land of ice was anything but. It was brutal and freezing- a land without warmth, a land of prisons and shadows. Many go missing in the mountains and blizzards that ravaged the land below the peaks. Arctic knew that better than anyone else.

She didn’t want to think of that any further. Not like she could when a young male Obelisk spoke up soon enough. “Um, could I get a s-strawberry and seaberry ice cream, ma’am? My f-friend recommended you-” A gold coin had been put up as payment- not her typical price but he was still a kid.

“A good choice- you’ve got taste! Coming right up!” A smile came onto the Nocturne’s face ultimately. At least ice magic can bring smiles and joy to others when used properly. Well, what she felt was proper anyway. Seaberrys can be salty depending on how deep they were harvested, but with strawberries it creates a nice, although unorthodox taste.
Ice would soon form as the Obelisk stared in almost wonder from the sight. Snow clad the girl ever so slightly as the inevitable mix was made cold…colder…almost there…and there! The mix had been chilled, morphed into well. Ice cream, shaped into scoops to then flop right into the cone for the child.

“There you go! One strawberry seaberry ice cream!” …Yea, she’s pretty sure she’ll stay here for a long time if this is what she can do in a place she can enjoy.
