INTRODUCTION

First visitors who enter the chatter are usually welcomed by Cecilia, the recordkeeper of the Chatter. It's her who assigns locations for permanent residences and which tents go to who in the marketplace.
HISTORY

The dawn was to never meet the dusk.

Who knows what could happen if done so? The dusk, the coming of shadows and night, the mysteries forever left unanswered as the darkness swallowed it whole...what disaster if one of the light met one of the dark?

In the end of all, all things fall...

perhaps their meeting was fated.
