S U M M A R Y
cabrette is a dragon intentionally cloaked in mystery. many are intimidated by the warlock who speaks so little of their past, and indeed hardly speaks at all. they are quiet, and rarely speak more than one word at a time. the one dragon who seems unaffected by cabrette's eerie nature is the librarian beetroot, who recruited the warlock to manage the forbidden and dangerous texts that sometimes appear in the library's collection.

cabrette's past is as mysterious as the dragon themself, but those who care to ask may come to know that their lack of sight is connected to their past forays into eldritch and forbidden magics. cabrette hides this, but their ever-burning candles and fear of the pitch dark also spring from the same event many years ago. now, cabrette works to prevent dragons from making the same mistakes that they did- whichever mistakes they may have made.
