| _______. | Loyal used to be an ordinary pearlcatcher with a different name, a warrior and survivor of the Hellwell Undercroft. He was young and eager to prove himself, so went out and took a bounty to kill a pack of mutated hounds loose in the quarantine zone. He found the pack and engaged in a fierce battle with them, slaughtering the creatures left and right. A large unexpected monster came barrelling out of nowhere. Loyal only saw a blur in the corner of his eye as he was hit dead on and knocked off his feet and tumbled down into one of the pools of toxic sludge. He struggled, but the thick viscous sludge dragged him under and he blacked out. He didn't expect to come to, but he slowly regained his senses and tried to swim. His claws grappled fleshy rocks and he tried to haul himself up. Slowly he clawed his way inch by inch, fighting the sludge trying to drag him back down. His claws snagged on the rim of the pool and he felt his head pop above the surface. Then his head breached the surface again. Something felt very wrong... |

| _______ | He shook the sludge off his body. His senses were different, he was seeing double, his claws felt different, his tail wiggled oddly. Looking down, part of his vision was split between seeing his claws and seeing the area around him. The disorientation caught him off guard and he collapsed on the ground. He tried to remember what happened to him and realized he no longer knew who he was or what his name is. Distraught and about to give up, one goal filled his mind. SURVIVE! With his eyes closed, he felt himself. He flexed his odd talons, his thin birdlike legs, stretched his wings, feeling wind through tattered wings. He wiggled his tail, no his tails, there were two of them now. He ran his claws up his furry neck and his face. It was hard to make sense of what he was feeling when it hit him. He had two heads now. That's why his sight was different. Two heads, two tails, no identity. He got up, opened his eyes one head at a time and took a shaky step forward. Then another, and another. |

| _______ | Not knowing where his home was, he wandered until he found a new home. He had gotten used to his new body and worked as a fighter in his new clan. He met the love of his life as a warrior. She was a beautiful lavender wildclaw named Amethyst, daughter of the clan's best warrior. He fought alongside her, learning healing magic to protect her at all costs. He would sacrifice himself for her any day. He ferociously protected her and she protected him. They are in love as true as love can be, even though it's a bit of a forbidden romance for an ancient breed and a modern dragon to be together. Amethyst took a liking to him and learning that he had no name, decided to name him Loyal. He was loyal above all else, a defining trait for him. His new aberration life brought him love, security, and a home. |
