A popular location to enjoy an evening treat, the Sornieth Shave Ice parlor is full of life and sweet energy. The busy little shop hustles and bustles as the orders are prepped and filled. The quickly moving Nocturne behind the counter happily douses her creations in bright colored syrups and all those within are cheerfully enjoying their selections. It is the most popular venue in the lair, and it is frequented by many denizens of the Fortress of Ends. Tonight a couple of dragons, Katla and Mergur, are peering into the counter area, requesting a special treat; Unicorn, a sweet concoction of Sugar Crystals and Sprinkles, with hints of Sweet Cream. They watch the spectacle of its production with eager anticipation, and wait patiently for the call, “Orders Up!”. |

 The pair, Katla and Mergur, provide a valuable service to the clan as the resident Pyrotechnic specialists, utilizing their unique magical prowess, in combination with their explosive personalities to create brilliant scenes in the sky. These two are a match made in fiery, erupting heaven; in perfect synchronization, as they perform expansive fireworks displays, and residents from around the land come to view the spectacle, and to hear their booming voices as they shout together with the next phase of the routine. Sometimes it is wondered which is louder, the booming of the explosions, or their banter. Offspring of this pair will be loud, fast, and have a love for seeing things ignite (watch out for this, you might lose a set of curtains!).  |
