The High Sage of Host of the Unbound -- a religious order of dragons who reject their deities and flights -- works to keep the sky and earth spirits happy. Blind and uses his familiar, Fey, to help him navigate in the air as well as find things. Can use Earth magic to sense rocks and ground but only that.
