Wherever Akane goes, everyone knows she's there. Akane's voice alone can fill a room and her constant movement cause exhaustion in others just by watching. Swift and vicious in battle, Akane is relentless and pushes her companions further than they would normally be capable of. But the moment a fellow warrior is wounded, she is there to defend them while they recover, or fly them to safety if they cannot. Just don't ask her to sneak up on an enemy, ambushing is not her strong suit.
When she's not fighting she can be seen taking up errands and rushing to help the dragons of her clan. She never seems to tire and some wonder if she's even capable of sleep. The parties she throws demonstrate her disregard for sleep and her love of complex new dances. After a party, when the whole clan is still sleeping, Akane is awake cleaning up after the festivities, humming loudly to herself as she goes.
Akane is a friend to all dragons, but when Akako requests her help narrowing down the attack patterns of monsters, or Chiyo wants to go deep into the mountains to pick rare flowers, Akane will drop everything to help her sisters. After all, family is always first.
