Out of all of the permanent pack members, Aurom is the one to turn to for potentially morally dubious jobs. He will gladly accept, often simply for the thrill. Part of the reason Aurom decided to join a wandering clan was to avoid fallout from such previous employments.

Aurom is not known for his subterfuge. Instead, he prefers to shock with a speedy and vicious attack, tearing into his victims with a flurry of teeth and claws. He is not one to hire if you want a clean, quiet execution; you hire Aurom if you want to make a bloody spectacle of your enemies. He's not intentionally flashy, but in a fight he quickly tires from the acrobatics he likes to perform.

He has a great difficulty relating to and understanding others. Because of this, he finds it easy to distance himself when performing his bloodiest work. However, it also results in his uselessness in situations that require negotiations and delicate social maneuvering, as he is often offensively blunt and overtly aggressive. He doesn't see the point in interacting with others, and usually ignores most dragons. Around the few dragons he does take an interest in, he's unbearably awkward, aware of how off-putting he can be and unable to articulate exactly why he wants to approach them.

Aurom's confident in his abilities and likes being the strongest dragon in the room. He's thrill seeking, but wants artificial danger. The moment he realizes his life is in danger, he turns into a shameless coward who will gladly run away to preserve his hide. A selfish dragon by nature, it's hard to earn Aurom's trust and loyalty, but those few people he values over his own well-being. His accelerated healing makes him view himself as invulnerable, so he's unconcerned with his own health and safety.

Although he prefers his tactics of hit-it-til-it-dies, if pushed, Aurom is a decent strategist. He's no stranger to survival situations, and thrives in desperate conditions that force him to drop his arrogant attitude. He enjoys eating, and is a really messy eater. He can be oddly naive, and hates it when his clanmates have the nerve to tease him for it.

Aurom has adapted well to life in the clan. He tags along with the mirrors of the clan, and often takes part in hunting packs. Though he is met with apprehension by foreign mirrors, Aurom fits in easily with the packs with his ferocity and vicious demeanor, despite his smaller size and lack of heat-sensing eyes. He is (somewhat) friendly with Zyrithl and Tyvarie, and is disliked by Kusare and Skritterbug. Personally dislikes Doxian.

His closest friend in the clan is Zyrithl, though he will vehemently deny it if asked. The two don't talk much, but often spend their nights sitting at the fire, watching the stars together in companionable silence.

He uses magic to speed his movements. Sometimes, it seems as if his feature blur and shift, multiplying or merging together.
