The Departure
Becoming a necromancer was no easy decision for Knight. He could see the way both had fled from the lifestyle, the rule, of the Plaguebringer. Could see the way they flinched away from conversations about their time in service, or their family- and the way... The way their eyes darkened at his older sister's dedication towards following in their footsteps. The frowns that would form as his younger brother was dragged forward by Bishop's single-minded goal.

There was a fact in his favour, however. None of the crew expected their kids to stay with them, and none of their children ever had. So, when the hatchlings were old enough to leave the nest, his mothers declared it was time for the ship to dock once more. It was time for the three to leave- two promising to return to the home their mothers had fled. And Knight...

Knight said nothing.

He lingered in the town where the ship was moored, until the ship set sail once more.
