Dawn is the daughter of Crystalsong and Cassius. Her twin sister, Mimi, moved to the KsCandide Clan while they where young but they have been able to keep in touch due to the two clans being allies of sorts.

Dawn is one of the messengers of the BlueFox Clan. She delivers messages to anywhere in the Starfall Isles, Dragonhome, the Windswept Plateau, and the Southern Icefields. She used to deliver any messages that they needed to have deliver to Scarred Wasteland but she kept falling ill after visiting there. Now any messages that needed to be sent there are sent by magic. To test that the spells worked over long distance the clan had a bunch of letters meant for the KsCandide clan to be sent with the spell. They forgot to mention to the KsCandide clan that they were also running a test with it, though they did include the message that they hoped that it hadn't caught on fire, as well as why the message was sent with a spell instead of Dawn delivering it. Dawn didn't mention that she had fallen ill to her sister and made sure that her father didn't mention it either since she didn't want to worry Mimi.

Dawn has learned the terrain of the areas that she delivers messages to and remembers the routes that she needs to take. She does become annoyed when the clan that she is supposed to deliver a message to moves but will follow their scent trail to find where their new lair is as long as it is in the areas that she covers.

She is in a loving relationship with Dusk, and while they want to have children they know that there are certain barriers in the way. Which is why Dawn has been checking in on the unhatched eggs that Chaos gathered that the clan has been trying to figure out what to do with, and hopes to get some if the eggs turn out not to be stolen from other lairs.

On the last day of the Starfall Celebration Dawn secured 6 of the unhatched eggs for herself and Dusk to hatch and raise.
