Terfel was found as an egg during one of the Clan's many hunting and gathering periods. The Clan initially thought he was covered in something when he hatched; however it turned out that it was just how he was. Naturally, being a Plague Dragon resulted in some...interesting mutations. Of all members, he is the laziest and prefers to loaf about instead of studying magics. Terfel is decent at assisting Kastra with whatever project he may be working on-provided Kastra is able to find him to get him to work! Terfel is protective of the Clan and will aid in protecting fellow Clan members, despite his lack of fighting prowess. This can either help or hinder the Clan's efforts. Even though he is seen as unproductive and while some may see him as a drain to the Clan and their resources, the Main 3 refuse to kick him out as he does do good work for the Clan, particularly if there are any new hatchlings. He'll watch over them without needing to be asked and is quite eager to help out there, as most other members are quite busy to always be around the nesting ground 24/7. Due to this, he is the head of the subdivision for Nest Watch and deals with not only watching out for the eggs, but also for after the hatchlings hatch. Basically, he runs a nursery and answers to the Main 3. It's one of the few times that he won't be lazy. He did have a bit of a fling with Adara, but it fell apart due to different ideals. They remain good friends though. An Akirbeak wandered in one day and refused to let anyone near the eggs that had been found while out of the lair. Terfel had to make a deal with the bird; he can stay and watch over those eggs, but he must protect them and have those eggs in the same location as the others. The bird, now named Aki, agreed, as it would mean that he could get food from the Clan while being able to brood over the eggs. So far, all parties have fulfilled their end of the deal.
