A brutal, ruthless killer with a steel trap for a mind, and a talent for disappearing, even when in plain sight. He thrives on every kind of pain imaginable, and knows over ten thousand ways to prolong one's suffering; not for hours, days, weeks - but months at a time.

Rumour has it he plucked his eyes out himself, and that he and Aelys go way back. It's rumoured he's one of the few to have seen the darker side to Yseult.

He's related to Keiren, and seems rather amused by events that have transpired within the clan since his arrival.
