Though macaw may not look at all like her namesake, her name actually comes from her childhood habit of making herself look like a rainbow. Even now she can be easily spotted.

She came to oasis by pure chance, Umbra had been returning from a trade route when she found the hatchling in shadow territory. Though she searched, she never found ones who claimed themselves her parents or her clan.

Unfortunately it was clear from the hatchling’s state that she was not meant for shadow territory, the colourful items she wore had seemingly attracted the wrong beast which had badly wounded her.

Umbra finally gave up on her mission and brought the little dragon home with her. To this day she remains happily in Oasis clan, learning all she can about birds and colours.
