Riker, also known as The Red Western Menance is one of the few outlaws hiding away at The Infection Cemetary, and the Cutthroat Head of the Crimson Vipers. Being the youngest of the outlaw gang does not make him be-littled however, for he is more than just one of the reasons a few residents are resting here. He does not take his position lightly, as Head of the Gang, he decides the punishments for those below him and does not skip on anything cruel. The only reason He is kept here at all, along with the rest of his gang, is that they would need to inform the higher ups and well.. The Plagued Lands are well known for their 'distaste' of the undead. Bringing them here for another murderer in the ranks would be a Death sentence for Staff and a extermination for the Residents.
