Intro

Butterbean is seen as an old madman, everyone except his wife Zygzy avoids him, uncomfortable with his insanity. Most days he’ll chatter to himself, bumbling along the outskirts of The Golden Ash’s territory. Others is when Zygzy has made him stay at home, where he’ll then be silent and shallow.

Personality

He’s not malicious, but he has a dark creativity, his mad chatters detail gruesome and gory acts. He’s absolutely not sane, very mentally disturbed. He’s very forgetful, rarely talks to anyone other than Zygzy. Butterbean thinks he’s a jester, and dresses and acts the part, on his walks along the outskirts he’ll try to “entertain” anyone he comes across.

Namesake

Lore

Zgyzy and Butterbean were some of the first inhabitants of the Nonsvch Sector. Though they are completely unaware, one of their children has been twisted into the current Chaorruption Leader, Ingnovoirant. After he had revolted in the Treasury, The Golden Ash Deities casted a ward on his parents, not wanting their poor souls to be subjected to such horror. This spell has made it impossible for them to know about the state their child is in, as far as they’re aware he had tragically perished in the move from a fire to arcane lair. They don’t know Ingnovoirant, only Benny, their loss of a son. The ward has a side effect of acting like amnesia to Butterbean and Zygzy. They could technically learn about Ingnovoirant, but around 7 seconds later, they would completely forget. Since Claivoyance and Legacy are deities of the past and future, only a brief present of error exists. Butterbean had a more dramatic aversion to the spell, it accidentally messed with his head so much that he trickled into madness. Zygzy tries to maintain his health, but it’s only been worsening due to his loneliness.
