Lupine is very soft-spoken and caring, always trying his best to help how he could without seeking much regard or return for it. He balances out his twin brother’s extravagance, encouraging him to be more subtle with his kindness for the sake of not tiring himself. He and his twin, Liatris, are extremely close as they were raised by their two very special parents. His mother, Gaea, is an earthen sentinel and head gardener in a flourishing clan in the Shoredeep Presage; and his father, Bramble, is a spiritual embodiment of the season of Spring. Their father, before ascending to his position as a Sentinel of Spring, had him and his brother to carry on his legacy. The full story is a long one, but one that Lupine always enjoyed hearing his parents retell.

Then came the day Bramble knew he had to go. He turned to Gaea, told her it was time, and they both gathered their two sons so they could all say goodbye. Hugs and intimate forehead touches were exchanged, and Bramble reminded Lupine and Liatris how proud he was of them both, and that he will always watch over them, no matter what or when. He promises to speak to the other manifestations and ask them to allow him to visit them in Spring. With tearful nods and final embraces, Bramble flew off into the sky, returning to his fellow spirits with the winds.

W ith their father gone, Gaea kept her promise and picked up the pieces. She invited her sons to join her on her travels around Sornieth to find plants. If by the end they wanted to stay in her clan they could do so, but if they found a place they wanted to stay and settle that was also great. They agreed although they were still sad. Fortunately, their joint journey was a bonding moment and a comforting distraction. Every plant and flower they saw, they felt the reassuring watch of Bramble over them.

Lupine soon departed with his brother, giving their mother a last goodbye before following his twin to find a clan to join. Both would often care for each other and support their needs before coming across a fork in the road. From all the clans they've visited and all the clans they've not, Lupine had found a Lightning Clan to call home. Liatris on the other hand struggled to remain in one and could simply not bear to live in this stationary lifestyle. So with much sadness, the brothers split ways as Liatris went to travel and find his own purpose, eventually becoming the proud owner of a large traveling Circus called The Winds of Spring.

Soon Lupine became the nature rep inside his new clan meeting up with and negotiating deals with nature clans and often times finding dragons with almost if not more of a love of nature than him to trade knowledge and tricks with. He decided to write a book detailing all the plant life he discovers in and outside of the kingdom using his job as a representative to travel and find new life to detail in his book.
