Biography
Uh-oh, looks like this tiny photographer wandered a little too far from his home lair (539101, magiritsa), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but he would be very grateful!

Magazine Photographer
I've been working for "Spectacular Sorienth" for a while now and I've finally been moved to the traveling section, where my photos will showcase the most bizarre, beautiful, and hostile environments the world has to offer. I also keep a traveling journal for my own entertainment, although I'm not above selling my notes to the magazine for a few extra coins. |
Dream Theater
My first stop was at a local theater in Murkbarrow Close that has been getting a lot of traction over the last few years. Dream Theater, as it's known uses dream magic to enhance its performances and ward off nightmares and other unpleasantries. The night of my visit they were having a horror show. The plot could use some work, but the effects were marvelous!
The Fount of Travelers
Next up I went to a sanctuary for weary traveling dragons. It was like a five-star resort. Beautiful gardens, divine food including their signature dishes, pastries and ice cream, and luxurious accommodations, including places to stay in their recently added treehouse rooms! It was an incredible sight and I really enjoyed snapping pictures of all the flowers and colorful dragons.
Crow Callers
Plague-Shadow territory is an unusual place for me, but hey, it wasn't half-bad - I was originally born in the Tangled Wood, after all. There were a lot of things to take pictures of, mainly vultures and crows.
Golden Peak
There didn't seem to be much of interest in this territory at this time, but I was welcomed with a smile. Days were long and warm and my stomach was always full. I enjoyed my stay, but there is always more to explore.
Terreneuvia
The trip out to this island was grueling to say the least- I almost lost my treasured camera to the ocean once or twice. Though about halfway through I encountered a ship piloted by a rugged yet charming mirror named Riptide. She carried me the rest of the way, quartering the rest of the time, which I was immensely thankful- no more lengthy flights over the ocean for me. But once we docked the photo ops were well worth the journey. Sunny, warm images of feasts; mysterious voids of darkness inlaid throughout the thick branches of the forest; moonlit pictures of the ocean at night, with an eerie presence in the form of a dark figure far out at sea. Safe to say, the executives over at Spectacular Sornieth were happy with my work.
Outside of Eden
My next stop was returning to the Nature flight. I'd heard near the border of the Pox Consulate lay a clan called Outside of Eden, and something magnificent was there. Upon entering, I was welcomed and able to get a room at a hollowed-out tree trunk called the Dewdrop Inn. Touring the space, they had beautiful gardens, a grand pond, and a craft-market district. The true treat though and the main feature of my photos was the massive open field with golden long grass stalks that waved in the wind, and the inhabitants. They were called the Great Beasts, Wildclaws more massive than ever seen. They were protectors of Outside of Eden, and dwarfed even the field they resided in. All in all, the executives loved this special.
The Driftwood Drag
As I started to make my way back home I noticed a town set up on the river, nestled into the forest. As tired as I was I decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. I was not ready for all the energy this murky town had. The outward appearance of the place led me to believe the dragons who call it home would much prefer to stay to themself. As quickly as that thought appeared it was soon to be shattered by a wildly energetic dragon named Hollow. The first claw that touched summed an energetic spiral. I was greeted with so much energy it left me dumbfounded. When I regained my composure I learned that this murky town was just full of life. It was full of thriving and of so much diversity. I was reminded to never judge a book by its cover. I made some good memories and took some photos of the locals in their daily life.
