Biography

Cardinal light was born in a rotting tree, her parents were moving from one clan home to another. When she found her way into this world the bloody red moon was high in the sky casting it's Cardinal light onto her sleeping form.
Sadly though her parent's love, though endless, was not to spare her from a harsh world. When Cardinal's parents came to rouse her and continue on their trip they found an empty nest. Her parents searched for hours but couldn't find her and to their distress they had to leave her behind.

Miles away Cardinal chased a bug. She had seen the pretty little thing and felt hunger for the first time. Looping around she chased it into a neighboring tree and then there was another and another after that, until she was too far away to find her parents again.

Cardinal's first days were scary but fun. She discovered all sorts of new things. Like how squishy worms tasted almost as good as bugs and cool water was the most relaxing thing to lay in, she would find out later it was called swimming. And so she spent her first week searching and exploring and hiding around the plague lands.

Later she found a neat looking half-submerged temple in an algae filled lake. Prone to wandering she went inside and discovered an older nursery. Oddly enough there was something golden in the center. She tried to push it but it was way too heavy but she heard some kind of movement inside and a meep of a word she could recognize "Help!" Someone is in trouble she thought, and with a cleverness that even surprised her she spun herself into a spring and pushed on the golden object. It tipped over, spilling a gold and red dragon out.

The gold dragon called himself Sarcophagus and he wouldn't explain why he was in there to begin with. But Cardinal felt that he had also been abandoned, so she invited him on her quest. "What quest?" asked Sarcophagus "Well, I like this feeling right now. Helping you get out of there, and I think there may be more dragons abandoned in the world. So I'm going to do something about it" With a leap she jumped back into the water and with a nod Sarcophagus decided to follow her. Together they went on to also find Spinal rust, and the three of them founded their own clan. But this clan had a mission: seek out and save the lost and abandoned dragon eggs of the world and make sure these eggs have a home.
