War torn, battle ridden, Shale longs for just one day of rest, begs for a day where he won’t hear the screech of swords or the wails of the fallen. Shale wishes for just one moment of his own, just one second of peace— but the world has never been kind enough to give him that mercy. He spends his days stuck in knowing acceptance, determined to keep on going, all for the hope that one day, he may rest.

To actually headcanon him…

-He’d bury fallen souls, whether friend or foe.

-Even knowing what he’s done, he has a comforting presence. He always puts others at ease.

-It’s been forever since he’s done it last… But his singing voice shakes the soul of anyone who listens.
