she is well known for her red hair and stunning beauty, but utterly infamous for her cunning and skills on the high seas. has never been so far inland that she cannot see the sea because she is secretly terrified of living a life away from the ocean, on account of some girlish hope that one day her triton parents will come find her and tell her why they gave her up.

if you don't pull your own weight, you might as well get the hell out of the crew. she despises those who were born with a silver spoon in their mouth. her adopted human parents were hard-working tavern owners and drilled in her the importance of relying on yourself first before anyone else.

stole onto a cargo ship at thirteen on a whim. said cargo ship was later boarded by pirates shortly after she was discovered in the hold. the rest is lost to history, and all she will say is that her scar is from that fateful day, and nothing more.
