Personality: Tolvis is the teal blood, he works as a legislator and is 8 sweeps old! He somehow got roped into sgrub with some younger trolls. He’s a knight of mind. When in the courtroom he’s known for turning it into entertainment for the high bloods, always promising a bloody show at execution time. Though that always leaves the threat of him being culled if he’s not entertaining enough. He acts aloof and like he could care less about other trolls. He often gets on the other’s nerves and sparks plenty of arguments
