Phoebe is a peppy and creative dragon who adores fashion and takes pride in her work. She is very family-orientated and spends a lot of her free time with her cousins, son, and mate.



Phoebe's bio once upon a time:

Out on the sand, where the sun is already reflected brightly into dragons' eyes, a stand sits much brighter than the others. A glittery beacon of red and blue, dragons from all around are drawn to the booth to see what curious things are sold at this curious booth. At night, the bright colors will become even more attractive, beckoning those who join in the nightly festivities to get a taste of a sweet and classy drink. Now, during the daytime, the booth provides refreshments under the hot sun.

A few tables are set out in front, where dragons chatter over drinks of all colors and sizes, and on the counter, sit several bottles full of fizzing and bubbling liquids. Behind the counter, there's a symphony of clinks and pops and a flurry of color darting from left to right. This flurry of colors can only be made out as a dragon when she stops to pour drinks at the counter. The spiral, the color of the bright booth, wears a variety of flashy apparel items. She doesn't seem to care that much about keeping them tidy because colorful chemicals stain the items in scattered splotches. The stains from today are bright and vibrant, while other older stains can be seen faded on the clothing.

At the counter, Phoebe pours bottles of cold liquids into a small glass. The red and purple liquids swirl together and blend ever so slightly at the edges. "One moment." Phoebe rushes to the ice block behind the booth and grabs a small bag. From it, she pulls out a purple candy in the shape of a lightning bolt and drops it into the drink. A spark and a flash of color later, the drink is seemingly alive and buzzing with a magical current. Phoebe smiles and puts a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass. "Enjoy."

Backstory time!!!

Phoebe has always been obsessed with the art of drink-making. She was prone to darting around the talons of the mixologists in her home clan, trying to get a glimpse of how they devise their magically fizzy concoctions for the king and queen. When they finally offered to give her lessons, she readily agreed.

While Phoebe was into mixology, her parents and siblings were scholars and researchers. Although her parents were supportive, she felt like a bit of a black sheep. When she received a letter from a distant relative in the Sunbeam Ruins inviting her to join her clan, she agreed and took her craft with her.

In Prism Mountain, Phoebe opened up the Glimmering Tavern, where all sorts of wonderous concoctions are served. In the years following, she became close friends with a nocturne named Viola, who at the time she could never have guessed would be her future mate. She was content and carefree in Prism Clan until she heard of the approaching family reunion, and this ugly little thing called anxiety showed up.

She attended the reunion, but the whole flight there, she was plagued by anxiety. What would her parents think of her now? What would her relatives think of her? What if she makes a fool of herself? What if everything goes wrong?

Fortunately, none of her anxieties were realized. Even at the reunion, her mother was quite proud of her, and she found a place providing drinks at the feast. During her time there, something life-altering was happening back in Prism Mountain.

Phoebe and Viola had agreed to have one nest, just one, and when Phoebe returned home, she was greeted by a flurry of colorful, little noodles (and one little nocturne). Eventually, all but one of her hatchlings from that nest found a different path in life. That dragon renamed himself, Orpheus, and has been an integral part of Phoebe's life.

She and Viola went from one nest to on-and-off lovers to full-time mates. One nest has turned into several, and she even has grandkids. Imagine that! Phoebe loves her family and makes sure to spend every moment she can with each and every family member within the clan.
