Ametsa is one of the leaders of the ruin dwellers. Despite being, like, a foot tall he is probably one of the worst of them. He uses his ability to see and manipulate others dreams to find 'evidence' on suspected dissenters to their rule and generally keep himself and his buddies on top. He likes incense, which irritates the other leaders because of both the smoke and smell, and riding on Perkunas's shoulder and hissing at lower dragons as they pass by, which irritates the dangerous fire/lightning dragon to no end. However, none of the other leaders would dare to harm a single scale on his body, knowing how useful he is to them on their side and how dangerous he can be as an enemy. The lower dragons are just plain terrified of him (which he loves).
