Biography
Wisplight is the Master of the Midnight hunt, and is known for his relentless pursuit of whatever prey he has set his eyes on. He's also known to be a rather abrasive individual, with very few dragons being able to stand his company for long periods of time. Even with these personality traits, he is a resident of Virgo's court, not The Baron's court like most expect on first meeting. Another surprise is his comradery with Lantern, his Queen's daughter. He can often be found discussing the next hunt or tracking techniques with her and Parakeet. This odd trio often are a mystery to outsiders with their seemingly crashing personalities. |

Faction
The Court of the Night Harvest is a group of four of incredibly powerful fae rulers, The leader of which is Observer. These Fae are The Queen of Peaceful Slumber, Horizon; The King of Nightmarish Visions, Baron; and the Queen of Waking Dreams, Virgo. These four monarchs guide and protect their vassals, and occasionally bring new mortals into the court. They feed on dreams and rely on them for their magic, much of which comes from the mortals they've brought to the court. While Wisplight is primarily a member of Virgo's court, he is often considered his own court. He runs the Midight Hunt, which comprises members from all the courts. The Midnight Hunt often will go after the largest and most dangerous prey, with the trophy going to whomever gets the last blow. The prey can be anything, from wild animals, to beastclan, to even mortal dragons. The selected prey will be dragged to the Night Harvest's hunting ground and let loose, and then the hunt will run them down. Occasionally the rulers will watch the hunt for entertainment, particularly when the prey is someone who wronged them. |
Possessions
Wisplight refuses to keep any belongings that serve no practical function or are not hunting trophies. Many compare his quarters to a military barrack, with how sparse it is. This isn't too far from the truth really, but since Wisplight spends little time there, he doesn't particularly care. What is in his room is pelts, hunting trophies and weapons. All are displayed in neat, well organized shelves and wall mounts. Nothing is out of place and there is a vast collection of blades one can easily remove from the wall and use. Not that it would be wise to do so, Wisplight doesn't like his belongings touched without permission. |
