Basic Lore Idea: Jasper was born into a world of luxury. Her home clan was large, old, and very rich. Jasper relished in the lifestyle. She had an eye for fashion and jewels, making her the go-to for many. She had a lot going for her in this old clan. But, she was also a hopeless romantic. At a fancy party her clan was hosting, she met a tall, dark, and handsome Imperial. They had hit it off instantly and quickly became the talk of the clan and other well-to-do dragons. But the Imperial had ulterior motives. He wormed his way into Jas's heart, beating down her defenses. Once he had an in with her, the well-dressed rogue found it easy to find his way into their clan vault. When their valuables turning up lost, an investigation was launched. It wasn't hard to make the connection between the Imp and Jas. The old clan stripped Jas of everything she owned - even the thing she created on her own - and exiled her. The Imp, believing she had given him up, beat her and left her to die in the wastes of the Wandering Contagion. Starving and broken, Jas had given up. She would die there. Then the whispers started. They bugged her so incessantly that she forced herself to get moving, as that was the only thing that made them stop. Eventually, it lead her to an older dragon haggling for jewelry at a market stall. Jas, despite everything, stepped him to let the dragon know the jewelry being passed off as real were only replicas. The older dragon saved her from the seller who lashed out in retaliation later that evening and took her in. Once she was fed and healed, she helped this clan go through their valuables. The older dragon taught her how to work with fabric. Once she had helped them along, the whispers started again. All along the way, she continued to hone her craft and learned to take care of herself. The whispers eventually led her to the Twin Pines...
