Hwithrans: Cornish for 'research'

Hwithrans was hatched into the world, destined for eventual greatness. Eventually. Ruvader decided that her daughter's talents would be better used in college. As is customary in the Valkyrie, she would earn her name when she would eventually find her passion.

Unfortunately, time passed, and Hwithrans was no closer to finding her true passion. She constantly works on various postgraduate projects, writing various theses for Shade dilution, genetic disorders and correlations with color, even taking up a position as Teylunieth's assistant to help clone dragons. In her mother's frustration, she was eventually named 'Hwithrans', for that was what she constantly did. She has several smaller degrees on various subjects around sciences, but never choosing anything concrete.

Hwithrans, or 'Hwith', as affectionately dubbed by her friends, is constantly busy, to avoid thinking of choosing a topic for her final doctorate. She does not want to stay to be a professor, constantly working in academics. Even as a Guardian, she has little time to engage in the Search, constantly putting it off for 'when she officially graduates', which the others think will never come.

As Tanyoth's daughter, she arguably has a vague claim to the royal blood of the Valkyrie, but she is not interested in it at all, only pulling the 'technically a noble' card for when she wants to request funding for a project.
