Tohil was raised from hatching to be proficient in harnessing their innate power of light. Rigorous training and study have allowed them to wield their light magic at maximum efficiency. An absentminded flick of the tail can summon a bright trail of light following the tail's tip. They can cast various complicated spells with ease, not an ounce of worry or noise of effort seeping through their composure, even in tight situations.

However, in this studious training to hone their light magic, Tohil has lost all sense of self. Where he should feel strong inclinations or biases towards certain things or dragons, he instead feels empty or numb. Whether it was because of them not really having a childhood to start with or not knowing really anything except for how to perform all sorts of spells, there is barely any emotion even beyond the monotone voice and poker face of this Fae.

They seem to keep to themself, their eyes distant and demeanor calm and collected. When they speak it is simply an affirmation of the obvious, a statement of any thoughts deemed important enough to make, or any vocal input needed for a light spell. Any of the other Representatives' attempts to make conversation or forge a companionship with them have so far proven fruitless. However, Tohil is always ready to assist any of their fellow Representatives if they call on him for anything.
