B I O G R A P H Y

Caramel is a fiercely independent young dragon who is proudly unconstrained by the social expectations of royalty and or the expectations of her mother and siblings. As a hatchling, she saw how her father’s abandonment had broken her mother’s heart and it soured her to the idea of love. She never aspired to be romantically swept away like her brother did. She swore off such foolishness off entirety! Instead, she dedicated herself in her entirety to training to become the best warrior possible. There were various instructors, her mother was always moving her and her brother after all, and Caramel took well to the adventuring. Though, she was unaware that it was anything but her mother’s search for their father that drove her. Even as a hatchling she has large paws and with time she fulfilled the promise of her large build, developing immense strength and toughness with a deep reserve of stamina. It was almost... unnatural how fast she grew.

Caramel took a deep pride in it though and it wasn’t long until she had become a formidable warrior.
Sometime later, her family had stopped near a small village on the western shore of the Starfall Isles. The sandy beaches seemed to comfort her mother as much as they made her wistful and so she and her brother had gone their separate ways to explore. She didn’t know they were being watched.

The organization reached out to her in an... unorthodox way.

The very first tremor shattered the crystalline towers around her. Shards rained down as the ground started to twist and heave like a dying man. Caramel could hard stay on her paws - everything around her was shaking and there was sparkling dust everywhere! It stung her eyes and she had to squint to see anything. Her heart seized when she caught sight of the village collapsing. She raced to help, certain her family would be safe on the shore, and arrived just as the earthquake shivered to a halt. The village was devastated. The beautiful crystal homes had all crumbled under the force of the bucking earth and Caramel’s ears flattened at the sounds of desperate dragons calling out for their family. A crowd had formed in front of a ruined home. All other sounds eclipsed by a mothers mournful cry. Her child was trapped beneath the rubble. No one in the village was strong enough to move it – no one knew how long it would take for more help to arrive… Unless Caramel could move it.

It took a herculean effort but to the amazement of all, she managed to lift the thousands of pounds necessary to free the hatchling. The gratitude showered on Caramel amazed and pleased her. She spent the day helping the villagers with her mother and brother (both unharmed), jumping at the chance to do anything to help and be recognized more.
The President came to meet her late that night when she was finally alone. He praised her lavishly for her efforts, complimenting her strength and determination. He told her everything she wanted to hear and more. He mentioned another threat looming on the horizon. One he and his organization were recruiting people to train and fight again. He wanted her help but if she accepted, she would have to leave immediately.

Caramel didn’t hesitate.

With a hazily scribbled note to her mother, she was gone.

Generation 3

I am a Temporal Rifter! By their very nature, the lore for these dragons gets a little crazy. Broadly, in-universe, they are descendants of a dragon named Allison who managed to escape from a sinister shadow organization run by aliens who can travel through spacetime. You may ask: who can travel through spacetime? The aliens, or Allison's descendants? Answer: Yes! Meta-wise, it's a lore-based way to tie a whole bunch of different fandoms together in Flight Rising: DnD, Dr. Who, Dragon Age, all sorts of anime... Anything you can think of. It gets wacky. You're encouraged to have fun with it.
