Nimbus was everywhere before he was here. Okay, he hasn’t been literally everywhere, but he’s traveled all over, from the chilly floes of the Southern Icefield to the cacophonous gardens of the Viridian Labyrinth, and man, has he got some stories to tell. Like that time he traveled to Dragonhome, and tried to convince this pack of snappers that he was just a snapper in disguise, or that time when he nearly got killed by an Emperor in the Sunbeam Ruins…

Even though he’s settled down and all here in the Tangled Wood, he’s not really settled down. Every month-ish, the clan wakes up to find that he’s just—poof—gotten up and left the lair. Maybe he’ll be gone for a couple hours, or for five days, but eventually he finds his way back. Eventually. Either way, Nim’s home is on the road. He loves his clan, but the whole discipline and hierarchy thing they've got going on really isn't his thing. The only dragons he’s close to here are Tide and Matcha, his hunting partners, and the nearest thing he's got to best friends. That’s okay with him, though. Yeah, the life he has here is totally great, but for him the most awesome thing about this clan is coming back here after he’s gone off to see the stars over the Crystalspine reaches, or worked in one of the hot forges of the Ashfall Wastes. Because, as much as he loves to travel, Nim always comes home.
