Though a slightly older dragon compared to the large number of relative youths that have flocked to the aspiring Thorim Rift, Salambek found the perfect niche for himself in the growing community. In fact, he was thrilled to present himself as the official representative of the Plaguebringer, whom, even in his travels, he has never once forsaken. While somewhat subdued in his efforts to spread, as it were, Salambek remains resolute in his devotion to his deity, and appreciates any interest the locals express in the Wasteland that was his birthplace.

Of all the dragons with whom Salambek gladly accommodates and generally gets along with, his most trusted friend and loyal protector is the young Vladik, the Paladin, the first of this rank, of the Wasteland's representative courtyard in the heart of the city. Salambek sees his fellow Plague devotee as an apprentice, almost as a bold son in whom he is most proud. Should anyone succeed himself in the representative role, it would be the young Guardian, no doubt about it.
