A dragon of no name and a mysterious identity, "Fancyman" is the name given to the Obelisk by his clients due to his formal attire and flirty mannerisms. Little did they know, the dragon is actually working as a Reaper in the mortal realm, tasked to collect souls and is working for an unknown entity. His piercing blue eyes bore into his victim's souls, while his claws rip them away from their physical bodies. Blue flames appear from his paws when he uses his reaping powers, and the souls he collected are stored in his pendants.

Besides working as a reaper, he also enjoys traveling and meeting new dragons and enjoys the experience that he could not experience previously. He prefers not to have a committed relationship, instead jumping from dragon to dragon and occasionally engaging in casual relationships. His ethics and casual disregard of rules regarding reaping souls has caused him to get in trouble with the higher ups, but was often excused due to his skills and charisma.
