peculiar // unpredictable // easily frustrated // lonesome and clingy

STRIKER IS CURSED, or so it's assumed, what with his incredibly dangerous aura and his inability to speak without lightning shooting from his mouth. His only aptitude is for battle, cutting through bandits with his electric skin as if they were sculpted from butter. His thoughts appear to be as scrambled as his speech, unable to communicate even through writing or gestures. And while he can follow a contract and collect the payment promised, he's never seen spending it.

Striker does, on occasion, follow others around like a lost cat. He's spent over a year following Angi on her travels after she shot him out of the sky; whether he feels he owes her a life debt, or is biding his time to take his revenge, is uncertain. He does, however, like to sleep at her feet, curled up in a tight little crackling ball. And while she may go days without seeing him, she knows he's always watching from a distance, a needle-thin line against the similarly blue sky.

Striker never missed a shot.

He was like a bolt of lightning on the battlefield, flashing teeth and sparking talons. He didn't move in the namesake, graceful twirls of which spirals were named- no, he moved erratically, snapping through the air with deadly precision. His hunts always returned fruitful; bountiful harvests of meat and goods that he never partook in. He never seemed to eat at all, really- or was never seen.

And he looks it too. Despite his ferocity in battle, his skin cling to his frame closely, making him look like a thin cyan line in the sky- like a too-strong gust of wind might blow him over.

But he never spoke. He tried to, on occasion- but all that came out was garbled hissing, like a frayed socket; like a distant, broken thunder.
