I have such a soft spot for Plague dragons that I couldn't pass by Arataki. The ghost gene is perfect for her, especially paired with the apparel that you have chosen! I love the pastel eyes - they seem to soften her look in a way that is very appealing. The bits of gold from the chancellor apparel work wonders for her! I also really dig the broadcast message. I think Cipher could also easily be here too. They are a neat pair! They are berry nice dragons!
