Bowring " love's not a competition, but I'm winning" Once Bowring became a dragon, Skyhill decided he had to be one as well. He fooled himself into thinking it was because he had to be better than her, but the truth was he didn't want to be left behind. He decided to pick a 'better' species than obelisk; pearlcatchers had not one horn on their face, but *two* and this superficial cosmetic difference is what convinced him it was superior. He also liked the fact they came with a giant pearl, he likes to roll it on the floor and bounce it off the wall when Bowring is in the middle of studying. |
