Gemma ~ Stone Mason
From the early hours of the morning to late into the night, Gemma spends a considerable amount of time working on her craft as a stonemason. The satisfying grate of stone as the pieces slide together, forming her next masterpiece, the towering structures of her finished project - the feeling would never grow old. It was a physically demanding job, and none were better suited for it among the inhabitants of the Gale Rain Clan than Gemma. She loves her job and wouldn't trade it for anything. Years of practice have sharpened her skills impeccably, and the nocturne has recently turned to the more intricate dealings of the business, learning how to carve patterns of great detail for that extra flair. Her most recent commission was deep in the vaults locked within the castle. The castle is perhaps the largest and grandest structure on the whole island, and one of her greatest honours to have taken part in creating. Unfortunately, the castle structure had taken quite the beating in a recent storm, leaving some damage to the ground surrounding the vault and it required reinforcement. Naturally, this was a job for Gemma, and she stuck to her work dutifully, performing beautifully as expected. Nothing was ever left unfinished or done half-heartedly.

If anybody asked her what was so exciting about cutting stone and slicing it together when it only seemed boring and hard, she'd reply that this is their history. The carving of their home is as important as anything else for it's home that dragons remember. There are stories in the stone, from how lovingly it's cared for to the intricacies of the chiselling that weave stories without words. Gemma was never one for words, so she tells her clanmates that this is her way of expressing what words cannot.
