Monet is ever the flamboyant dragon of the Seafoam Shore. Like many others in the clan, he prefers to wear green garments. Unlike the rest of his clanmates, Monet prefers the least subtle attire, including flourishing jewelry and beautiful silken cloth.

Monet was originally a wandering trader who specialized in only the most lavish wares: flashy baubles, great silken attire, expensive and shiny metals, and even exotic pets. As he explored the lands, he collected only the finest things and became infamous near the shore-lands, but the Seafoam Shore was only in its beginning stages with very few dragons to call it home. Monet's interest was piqued by their homely appearance and he frequently visited to wow them with his strange and beautiful goods. He began to spend more and more time with the dragons he started to call his friends. The Seafoam Shore clan welcomed him with open claws and he eventually settled down into what he calls their "rustic" home. He still occasionally ventures out to find pretty things, but he adores the company of his clan mates and prefers to be home more often than not.
