One day around midwinter, shortly after the Enforcer left for the Tempest Spire, Candy lay down to sleep and had a vision. First he saw a world of dazzling color filled with legions of Banescale-like creatures. Then the colors coalesced into geometric patterns, forming a dance floor striated with laser beams. At the center of the flashing light and pulsing sound, he saw...himself in front of a dazzling array of Tempest Spire-origin technology, covered in glowing bands and yelling out messages of goodwill to the awe and cheers of a throng of dragons of every color, breed, and flight. But he wasn't doing it alone. Behind the scenes of his DJ table, he could see the outline of a skull and two pinpoints of near-blinding light.

Upon waking up, he gathered the dragons who looked most like those he'd seen in his dream, namely Blacklite and Emoviolence, for an emergency meeting at Suki's Coffee and Tea. Neither dragon knew him and they weren't sure what to make of the whole thing but they came anyway because hey, he was paying for their coffee and it wasn't like they had anything better to do. Candy raved about the...well, rave he had experienced in his dream and wanted to enlist the other two dragons to do whatever was in their power to make it a reality. At first, they weren't convinced, but eventually they came back to him, saying they, too, had dreams of the same flashing colors, dancing lights and dragons, and the world full of Banescales. What it all could mean, none of them were certain of, but they knew from then on they'd change the face of the Hewn City music scene...once they got the money for a synthesizer, which would take a while.

Candy is...between jobs at the moment. Hey, he's the idea man. He's the visionary! Do you expect him to work like some yuppie? The other two are somewhat annoyed at this seeing as they're both in jobs they rather dislike just in the name of his crusade.
