Don't let her frightful appearance deceive you, Gilda is a far kinder and friendlier clown than the clan's other entertainer, Bryne. She delights in magic tricks and smoke-and-mirrors illusions, though has no knowledge of actual illusion magic, she just has great slight of hand (or claw). Her primary skill and claim to fame is her ability to "make the dead dance", by tethering marionettes strung together with bones and twine to her legs and manipulating their movements with her own.

Born a true Clownpants, Gilda had always dreamed of becoming an entertainer and living up to the standards of other Tundras of her subspecies. She was born in the heart of the Hellwell Undercroft and grew up listening to the tales of the other traveling Plague dragons with starry eyes. She was ready and eager to go out into the world from a very young age, prepared to spread joy and light throughout the Scarred Wasteland like she had seen from the dragons who came to the Undercroft to socialize and tell their tales. It was Bryne who brought her into The Clan of the Wounded when she saw him supervising Seed on the construction of the clan commons. She was delighted to meet another Clownpants and eagerly requested Bryne to take her under his wing and teach her the true clowny way she never picked up from her non-Clownpants parents. Bryne wasn't as keen on training any kind of bubbly and clueless little clown dragon. Still, she has continued to warm herself up to him and desires to work with him.
